1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibe Coding for Marketers online course platform ("Service"), operated by:

By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Product

Vibe Coding for Marketers is an online video course that teaches marketing professionals to build tools, websites, and automations using AI-powered development. The course consists of video lessons, written materials, interactive checklists, downloadable resources, and source code examples.

3. License and Access

  • Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Your license is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the course through a single account.
  • After your license expires, you have a 14-day grace period during which you retain full access to complete any in-progress work. After the grace period, content access is suspended until you renew.
  • Renewal is optional and not automatic. You will receive email reminders before your license expires.

4. Account

  • Accounts are created automatically after a successful purchase. You will receive an email invitation to set your password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password.
  • One account per person. If we detect credential sharing or unauthorized access, we may suspend your account.

5. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in EUR. VAT is applied based on your country of residence and business status, as displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details.
  • An invoice will be generated automatically and available for download in your profile.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course for any reason, contact us at hello@vibecodingformarketers.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course content — including videos, text, images, code examples, prompts, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Hack Your Way s.r.o. and is protected by copyright law.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any course content.
  • Exception — your own projects: You are free to use code snippets, techniques, and patterns learned in the course in your own projects (personal or commercial). The skills you learn are yours to keep and use.
  • You may not record, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce the video content.

8. Course Updates

We regularly update the course to reflect changes in tools and technology. During your license period, you have access to all updates at no additional cost. We are not obligated to maintain or update the course indefinitely.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content or your account access
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM, or video security measures
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download course content
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

The course is provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or earnings from applying the course material.
  • We are not responsible for any tools, websites, or applications you build using the techniques taught in the course.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Stripe, Mux, Vercel, etc.) or force majeure events.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Termination

  • Your access terminates automatically when your license expires (plus the 14-day grace period).
  • We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
  • You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@vibecodingformarketers.com.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
